Sales & Return Policy
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on used or opened Pacifeeder packages.
All products require a Return Authorization (RA). Please contact us to obtain one. Any product returned without an RA will be refused.
Returns on unopened Pacifeeders:
All returns of unopened items will have a 20% restocking fee and Shipping & Handling is not refundable. Shipping back to us will be paid by customer. We will not accept returns on unopened Pacifeeders after 10 days. Credits will be issued within 3-4 weeks of receipt.
Orders may be cancelled with no charge if the cancellation is made before the product ships. If it has been shipped, you many return the product (postage paid by customer) and we will refund the purchase price. All returns must be sent back to us using a method which can be tracked. Shipping & handling is not refundable. If returned product has been opened, used, or incomplete, there may be either a 20% restocking fee or no credit whatsoever (refer to policy on opened or used Pacifeeders).
